Swimming Pool

Our outdoor pool (18m x 5m), heated to 24 degrees, is open all summer. Settle in on one of the comfortable sun loungers for a well-deserved rest. The sun will be there all day thanks to the perfect location of the pool and its garden. Our “Pool Rules” guarantee young and old alike can fully enjoy their time.

The Spa of Château de la Resle reveals the unique talent of each therapist who personalizes all treatments according to their own know-how and your unique needs in terms of well-being and aesthetics, perfectly mastering the art of the gesture, facial massage techniques and personalized body massages.

All the products are signed by CODAGE PARIS, a French haute cosmetology house known for its unique approach, its tailor-made treatments and its ultra-personalized routines highlighting the uniqueness of each skin.

Wellness area

Finnish Sauna | Turkish Bath

Especially when the weather may not be warm enough yet for an afternoon at the pool, you will love enjoying our Spa with its Finnish sauna and steam room. Between 12:00 and 18:00 we a totally private access of 45 minutes, by reservation. Between 18:00 and 19:00 access is open to all our guests (remember to let us know you want to use it, it takes 30 minutes to heat up the spa).

Gym

Our air-conditioned gym is open from 9:00 to 20:00 and offers a good selection of training equipment. Exercise bike, cross trainer, rowing machine or Kettle Bells, weights and balls for cardio or body-building exercises.

Yoga and Private Coach

Do you want an extra boost to restart a more structured sporting activity? Our yoga teachers specializing in Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, or our Private Coach Valentin Preti, will be able to assist and guide you in discovering your desires and pushing your limits. Their services are listed on the Treatment menu available on this page. Remember to book your session in advance.
